Kayak Instructor
Employment: May - October
Scope of work: 8 - 12 days per month
Place of residence: Innsbruck / Innsbruck Land
Requirements: Driving license
We are looking for a kayak instructor who feels confident on class IV whitewater . It is important that you enjoy teaching others how to kayak, would like to give many different courses between easy and difficult and work both in Innsbruck and at camps. Most of our work takes place in the summer between July and September, as well as at weekends and on public holidays. If you would like to get an idea, you can take a look at our course calendar.
We are looking for someone to join our core team who lives in the Innsbruck area or would like to move here. Ideally, you will have good kayaking and didactic skills as well as other skills so that the job on the water can be combined with other tasks (see the other job descriptions). No matter what talents you have, we need almost everything in our team! You are welcome to get involved, be it in the kayak school with the course and camp offer or our other projects.
Raft guide
Season: end of May - beginning of September
Scope of work: full or part-time possible
Requirements: IRF 3, Tyrolean rafting license or comparable qualification. Current 1st aid certificate. Additional qualifications (IRF 4, Swiftwater Rescue etc.) desired!

No mass processing, small groups, tours Mon - Sun, above-average pay. Daily carpooling from Innsbruck.

For the coming season we are looking for raft guides for our rafting department in the Stubaital! We offer two different tours on the Ruetz - and it's small, very technical and pretty wild! Employee kayak store
Employment: all year round
Scope of work: full or part-time possible
Requirements: Enjoy working in retail, good language and spelling skills in German and English, friendliness in dealing with people, enthusiasm for kayaking, enjoy working in a team, knowledge of the kayak industry, car with roof racks and driving license B an advantage, reliability and a precise way of working are necessary.
Tasks: Working in the store, looking after the online store, strategic planning, creating pre-orders, assisting with marketing measures

For our kayak store at Natterer See near Innsbruck, we are looking for a person who enjoys working in retail. The kayak industry is very consulting-intensive and you will therefore have a lot of contact with our international customers. For this reason, we require a friendly approach to dealing with people - both in writing and in the store.

As we are a small team, you can expect a wide range of tasks with a lot of variety in your day-to-day work. Sometimes you will look after our store on site, sometimes there will be parcels to pack, sometimes you will support us in creating content for our social media channels. But we also want to involve you in strategic planning. You will therefore also be involved in the creation of our pre-orders and the selection of our product range.

We are looking for a kayak instructor for simple courses, mainly in Tyrol. It is important that you have the desire to teach others how to kayak and that you have time on some weekends in the summer. In general, the work can be planned several weeks in advance, but sometimes we would also ask you to step in at short notice.
You would paddle along on our courses and give lessons together with someone else. Later on, you will be out on your own with groups of up to 6 people.
Accountant
Employment: all year round
Scope of work: 2 - 4 days per month
Place of residence: Innsbruck / Innsbruck Land
Requirements: Independent bookkeeping, income and expenditure accounting + double-entry bookkeeping

We are looking for an accountant to prepare the bookkeeping for the SOURCE TO SEA kayak school (double-entry bookkeeping) and the SOURCE TO SEA kayak store (income and expenditure accounting). Requirements: Good language skills in German and English, extensive understanding of SEO and Google Adwords, Instagram, as well as Facebook Business Suite, ability to work in a team and creative ideas
We are looking for a marketing employee for our kayak school and kayak store. Together with the S2S core team, your tasks will include developing good and creative advertising ideas, implementing them and keeping our two homepages (s2s.at and s2s-shop.com) up to date in terms of SEO.

OETZ TROPHY Volunteers

The OETZ TROPHY 2023 takes place from September 21 - 24. The race relies on the commitment of many dedicated volunteers who make up the OETZ TROPHY team every year.

We would be delighted if you could join us between September 20 and 24, on individual days or the whole time. The tasks range from ticket sales and stewarding to admission control and smaller tasks such as refilling drinks.
As these tasks usually have to be carried out during the event, we will of course do our best to find enough helpers so that you still have time to enjoy the event to the full.
