Engadine

The Engadin offers us a wide range of white water with different characters. In the difficulty levels between WW II and WW IV, there are both open and massive sections as well as blocked drop-and-pool sections. In summer, all sections of the Engadin are usually runnable and we can pick out the best from the wide range on offer.

The varied stretches of the Inn in the Engadin provide the perfect setting for gaining routine in difficult white water. During the course, we first have the opportunity to learn and practise new techniques on individual, clear sections. The new techniques can then be applied directly on the more difficult sections. For example, when we let off steam in the Giarsun or Ardezer gorges!

The beautiful Inn gorges in the Engadin offer both relaxed and challenging white water.

Course information

At our Engadin kayak camps we offer one F2 and one Creek 1 Course . So if you are in the WW III and WW IV range, want to improve your technique or just have a few relaxed paddling days, you've come to the right place! The Engadin camps are also ideal for finding out which of the two course levels suits you best. We will divide the groups as homogeneously as possible during the first paddling day. This ensures that everyone gets their money's worth and ends up in the right course group.

To find out in advance which course is right for you, take a look at our course descriptions or simply send us an e-mail!

The camp and the daily routine

We will set up camp at the "Sur En" campsite in the village of Sent in the Engadin. From the cozy campsite, located directly on the banks of the Inn, the kayak routes can be reached very quickly. On the way to paddling and on the way back to camp, we will pass the village of Scoul every day, where you can go shopping or simply have a coffee.
