The camp and the daily routine

In summer we camp at Kamp Liza, at the confluence of the Koritnica and Soča rivers. There is our group tent with kitchen, so that we can cook together. The days usually start with a short discussion about the day's schedule over breakfast, after which all groups start for the river. Most of the time we paddle several distances and don't stop until everyone has let off steam enough! Since the distances on the Soča are so short, there is always time in the evening to sit comfortably around the campfire.

By the Season End in October we take a permanent accommodation where we can cook together in the evening and sit by the fireplace. The days are shorter than in summer, so we often start a little earlier and enjoy the long evening later.
