Technique Training

Kayaking Technique Training you will learn the most important techniques of whitewater paddling down to the smallest detail! Here you can practice for all it's worth! We will analyze, discuss and execute many movements from whitewater and slalom sports together. We will spend most of the time on slalom courses and do exercises there with the help of gates and other obstacles.

After a theoretical repetition of the basic techniques, and a general explanation of the terminology, let's get started! We will gradually increase the demands and difficulty of the exercises, starting with the absolute basics of technique. In this way, this course will take you from the simplest exercises to very complex movements through the world of the different techniques of kayaking.

In order to be able to offer you the greatest possible learning success in this course, we will take a maximum of 4 participants per kayak instructor. This ensures that there is enough time to address all topics and questions and to work with video analysis again and again during the course.

To help you Technique Training you should already have the basic techniques (F2 level or higher).

This course will make your technique more precise.
